WASHINGTON DC - Illinois' Democrat congressman Luis Gutierrez told MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell today that Republicans should “stop whining” when it comes to President Obama's executive order regarding immigration reform.
“Mitch McConnell — they should stop whining, and they should start legislating, and start saying what they’re going to do,” Gutierrez said. “They have an incredible victory in the Senate, an incredible new majority in the House of Representatives. Use it to do something constructive!”
