PONTIAC - Illinois State Treasurer Dan Rutherford has pulled former Illinois Republican Party Executive Director Curt Conrad from his treasurer's office staff to be the political director of his gubernatorial campaign.
"I am honored to serve as the statewide political director for Dan Rutherford's campaign for governor," said Conrad, who lives in Springfield. "Treasurer Rutherford will be a tireless worker for private sector employment in our state. He's going to protect our wallet. He will work to streamline state government. I look forward to helping him become the next governor of Illinois."
Rutherford also released the names of several county coordinators this week:
- Royce Carter as Campaign Coordinator in Wayne County
- Todd Arseneau as Campaign Coordinator in Kankakee County
- Jason Helland as Campaign Coordinator in Grundy County
- Dale Frank as Campaign Coordinator in Cass County
- Bradley R. Mills as Campaign Coordinator in Sangamon County
- Susie Carpentier and Gayle Santuccio as Campaign Coordinators in Rock Island County
- Jill Bess as Campaign Coordinator in Carroll County
- Randy Allen Peterson as Campaign Coordinator in Edgar County
- Stacy Flanagan as Campaign Coordinator in Ogle County
The 2014 Republican gubernatorial primary will be held on March 18th.
