Durbin admits repeating Obama's "If you like your plan," but doesn't concede it's a lie

WASHINGTON - U.S. Senator Dick Durbin admitted Tuesday that he believed the Obama Administration's claim "If you like your plan, you can keep it," and admitted he echoed those comments in January 2010.  As featured on Illinois Review last week:

Straight from the senator's website. Tuesday, Senator Durbin said on CNN's "Legal View with Ashleigh Banfield,"  

“I can tell you that a couple more sentences added to it would’ve clarified it, and they should’ve been added. The president has apologized. I think he said very clearly he was sorry if he misled people."

"He was sorry if he misled people..." But Senator Durbin did not admit that what he said about ObamaCare was a lie ...

The number two Senate Democrat also acknowledged that he, in addition to President Barack Obama, told people that under the new law, if you like your plan, you can keep it.
