SPRINGFIELD - Anger and frustration boiled over during a House floor debate Tuesday over House Speaker Mike Madigan's (D-Chicago) effort to shift teacher and university staff pension costs to suburban and downstate school districts.

"Enough!! We're trapped by rules that have been forced down our throats," Bost shouted.
"Folks, we live in a democracy, but not here," as he quieted down.
