CHICAGO - With the New York Times story Thursday that Chicago Cubs owner billionaire Joe Ricketts is suggesting he would be willing to invest some of his fortune to defeat Barack Obama in 2012, the Chicago Democrat Machine started up their attack during NATO Summit protests in downtown Chicago Thursday. Note the age, skin color and demeanor of the guy holding the sign "Ricketts Racist" below:

And, the Chicago Tribune reports, Mayor Rahm Emanuel is furious with Ricketts. A tax subsidy for Wrigley Field is now likely to be put off permanently to teach the Ricketts Family a lesson. Don't even try to push back on Chicago or DC Democrats. Ricketts is learning the Chicago Way the hard way.
Thus a hint of what's coming in 2012. The Axelrod clan will use the media to accuse anyone working against Barack Obama of being anti-black, anti-woman and anti-middle class.
The New York Times story featured a photo of the Republican strategist handbook that encouraged SuperPAC funders to invest in publicizing the radical separatist views of Obama's Chicago pastor Rev. Jeremiah Wright. To do so, evidently, is "racist."
