SPRINGFIELD - During the closing arguments on the House floor debate on workers' comp reform House Minority Leader Tom Cross (R-Plainfield) clearly outlined the House Republican Caucus' rejection of HB 1698's workers' comp reform, saying "This doesn't look like reform, it doesn't smell like reform, and that's because it isn't real reform."
