UPDATE 2x: Brady will concede today

UPDATE 2x:  Illinois Review has confirmed that the Brady campaign will concede the gubernatorial election today at its 1:30 PM announcement.

UPDATE 1x: Tribune's Rick Pearson says Brady's calling leading IL GOP ers and saying he plans to concede today.

Just received notice that Bill Brady will be making a campaign announcement today at the Bloomington Doubletree Hotel at 1:30 PM. Here's what he said yesterday at the Capitol.
