Folks in the 11th CD -- now represented in Congress by Debbie Halvorson -- are frustrated:
Rep. Debbie Halvorson has not responded to requests to meet regarding concerns over health care reform. This is not a Democrat or Republican issue as many would like to make it. This is an American issue. This is about citizens trying to let their voices be heard. Your voice needs to be heard. With this in mind, we will be holding a rally in front of Debbie Halvorson's office on Thursday, August 13th from 11:30-1:00 pm at 116 N. Chicago St. Joliet, IL.
Here is the opportunity to make a difference. (Show up!!!) Make your request heard. Bring signs (Stating your opposition to health care reform). Call others to attend. As always let us try to be as respectful as possible.
