Former State Senator Roger Keats, 60, is likely to be introduced tonight by Cook County GOP Chairman Lee Roupas to Cook County GOP Committeemen as the 2010 Republican candidate for Cook County Board President.

UPDATE 1X: We've learned that a second candidate -- Chicago canine officer John Garrido, 42 -- was introduced to the Cook County Committeemen as a candidate for Cook County GOP.
