MEMPHIS - State Senate President John Cullerton's son Carroll is being charged with groping a woman at a Memphis' Beale Street nightclub early Friday morning.
The woman accusing Cullerton - Emily Moss - says what happened to her early Friday morning inside Club 152 was anything but appropriate. "You wouldn't want anything like that to happen to your little sister, your mom," said Moss.
Moss says had just gotten off work when she says Cullerton started dancing too closely. "And I scoot away and say please don't do that, I'm not comfortable with this, I don't know you and 5 seconds later, unzips my dress," said Moss.
The affidavit states Cullerton unzipped the victim's dress exposing her bra to a crowded bar. Then said he ran his hands between the victim's breasts making contact. "You can't come up and unzip someone's clothing, especially in your chest area," said Moss.
Moss also reports that Cullerton told security and police that he was politically connected.
