WASHINGTON - Heritage Action's Congressional Scorecard rates how conservatively consistent members of the U.S. House and Senate voted on issues during the 2014 session. Released on Friday, Heritage Action found the Illinois delegation's average score to be 25.
The delegation member's scores range from U.S. Rep. Randy Hultgren's highest at 72 down to U.S. Senator Dick Durbin's lowest at 2. More info about the scorecard at Heritage Action's site.
