The U.S. Senate has released personal financial disclosures for 71 senators via the web.
The annual release of congressional financial disclosures has in the past generated significant media attention, as dozens of reporters scour through the reports of members looking for interesting nuggets about their personal finances. LegiStorm is now working to post these disclosures to its site.
Financial disclosures were due May 15, but usually are not released until mid-June. Typically dozens are filed after the deadline. The House, which also typically releases them in mid-June, has not yet made any financial disclosures public.
