This morning, according to an ABC News poll, only 37 percent of Americans trust Barack "I've got a pen and a cell phone" Obama to make the right decisions for the country. Thirty seven percent? I didn't know Barack Obama had that many relatives, at least not in this country. No worries, though, Obama Kool-Aid drinkers, I'm sure that he'll fix everything when he applies that sure-fire cure to all that ails the country, or even the planet; that is, a Barack Obama speech! Demagoguery to the rescue again! As we watch, the One lament the horrors of income inequality, we'll know what it feels like to watch an arsonist arrive to tearfully witness the clean up of the house he burned down.
With the Obamacare debacle shining a huge spotlight on the failure of liberal arrogance and hypocrisy, you'd think that the GOP would seize the chance to make the case for free markets, liberty and limited government. Instead, the Speaker of the House John Boehner squandered a golden opportunity to introduce millions of low-information citizens (and one low information comedian) to do that. Seriously? We watch so you don't have to, and we'll share some truly cringe-inducing segments of this ridiculous performance.
The legacy media continues to try to run interference for former democrat rising star, Texas state senator Wendy Davis, who seems to be another in a series of liberals who take creative license with their biographies to enhance their political careers. It worked for Hillary Clinton, so why is everyone being so mean to poor Wendy! According to Politico, she is the "most judged woman in America." That's true, but only if we exclude Sarah Palin, Michelle Bachman and any other famous conservative woman in the country.
