CHICAGO - Illinois Democrats that are comfortable with political power could be shocked to find out people in the normally blue state are evenly divided over the Affordable Care Act. A new Public Policy Poll released this week shows 45 percent of Illinoisans disappove of with the Obama Administration's health care plan, and 44 percent approve. Ten percent haven't decided yet.
A majority of Illinois residents believe the implementation of the law has thus far been a failure, with 70 percent saying that it has been at least somewhat unsuccessful and, among those, 47 percent saying it has been very unsuccessful.
