The conservative movement is alive and well in Chicago as Tea Party favorite Herman Cain was in town late last week. The former presidential candidate spoke to about 200 in a packed room of conservatives at DePaul University's Lincoln Park student Center. mostly students.
He had a very optimistic view on current events with three points:
1) Don't be ignorant of the facts
2) Stay involved
3) Stay inspired
His big news is he negotiating to get his radio show in Chicago which already is in over 100 markets. WLS and WIND should take note or perhaps a third conservative station may emerge. People will listen to Cain on the radio.
Watch out , 9-9-9 is still here and the "Cain Train" is on track. He spoke highly of Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, Marco Rubio and Rand Paul. Despite attacks from all sides, Mr Cain says, "The Tea Party ain't going nowhere" meaning it is here to stay.
