This is not a joke. CNS calculates that non-elected federal government bureaucrats have now written 30 words for every one word in the original Obamacare (aka Affordable Health Care Act) law. This is beyond ludicrous.
Remember that the definition of each word is subject to further interpretation by the same bureaucrats that wrote the regs. The mountain of words reminds me of the 1872 story by Lewis Carroll which was titled Through the Looking Glass but which later generations called Alice in Wonderland.
