SPRINGFIELD - Many non-trained Illinoisans aren't familiar with semi-automatic guns, their magazines and ammunition, making any discussion in the Illinois legislature on banning high capacity magazines too complicated for most to understand and form opinions on. Illinois Review reader Vincent Romano pointed this YouTube out to explain why an assumed well-meaning proposal to restrict magazines to 10 rounds doesn't work to make law abiding citizens safer.
