SPRINGFIELD - Wednesday at noon, Governor Pat Quinn will give a budget speech that he asked to be postponed. Illinois' pension obligations are scheduled to eat nearly $1 Billion of next year's expected revenue. How will the governor handle that issue, and the ever-rising discretionary demands on Illinois taxpayers? As shown in this new video the Republican Party just unveiled, government spending is an issue not only in Washington DC, but also in Springfield.
