Dixon Teachers Balk at "Cooling Off Period" So Kids Could Return To Class

Today during a public information meeting about the ongoing Dixon teachers strike Dixon school board President Tom Balser read a statement including an offer from the board for a cooling off period so that kids could return to class Monday while the board and the teachers union continue to negotiate a new contract.
