Jeb Bush says he will not rule out a run for president in 2016. But impatient fate may rule it out for him. Jeb was a good governor who left office in 2007 and took a pass on running for the presidential nomination in 2008 and again in 2012. In 2016, he will be age 63 and out of office for 9 years and a new and younger star, Sen. Marco Rubio, might have eclipsed Jeb in the Florida sky. Timing is everything in politics and voters can be very skeptical of anyone who plays a waiting game or who appears to be overly calculating as Bush has been lately with tax increases and immigration. So will he run and should he, or is the Bush family name brand too tarnished?
