CHICAGO - National School Choice Week has chartered a historic railcar and is organizing the school choice movement’s first cross-country, whistle-stop train tour to galvanize public support for enhanced
educational options. The 14-city tour will make its fifth stop January 29th at Chicago's Union Station.
The group's rally promoting school choice is likely to be met with Chicago Teacher Union protests as the Chicago Public Schools system faces school closings and union membership cuts as Illinois' school choice movement grows.
