WASHINGTON - Congressman Peter Roskam (IL-6), as part of Speaker John Boehner's leadership team, is being called on more and more to speak out against the Obama Administration. Roskam refers to his home state of Illinois as a poor example of what happens when spending remains out of control in this interview with CNBC's Kudlow on January 4, 2013:
