WASHINGTON - Illinois US Senator Mark Kirk is working with Democrat Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand of New York to introduce federal legislation next week cracking down on gun trafficking. Gillibrand explains their legislation in the first few minutes of the MSNBC news report with Andrea Mitchell.
