House Transportation Committee passes illegal drivers license bill

SPRINGFIELD - Within the hour, the House Transportation Committee passed legislation allowing illegal immigrants to obtain drivers licenses in Illinois.

SB 957 is expected to be heard on the House floor as soon as possible. It passed the Illinois Senate in December, 2012.
