New York cop helps shoeless, homeless man

"He had enough to say God Bless me," but he had nothing on his feet, New York officer said about a homeless man found on the streets. A photo taken of the incident has gone viral.

"My mom and dad were very proud," he said. He said likes to think that what he did helped restore some people's hope in humanity.
