Lashawn Ford pleads not guilty to fraud charges

State Rep. Lashawn Ford, the latest Illinois public official in Illinois to face federal criminal charges, pleaded not guilty today to bank fraud charges.

U.S. District Judge Rebecca Pallmeyer's courtroom was packed with supporters who spilled into the hallway.

Ford didn't comment, aside from thanking the dozens of supporters who cheered after he left the courtroom. ...More HERE
