WASHINGTON DC - Congress will vote on House Speaker John Boehner's "Plan B" proposal allowing tax hikes on those with an annual taxable income of $1 million. The President and the Democrats want taxes to be hiked on those making $250,000 or more. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid says that no matter what the House votes, the proposal will not be voted upon in the US Senate.
