A photo of a little one reacting negatively to a scary Halloween mask of President Barack Obama is circulating the internet. Some speculate his parents may have just conveyed to him the harsh reality of America's $16 Trillion Debt - $4 Trillion which the President added on in just the past four years - starting before the little one entered the world. They say he's probably traumatized by the thought of what Barack Obama has dumped on him and nation's other babies. Reports are that child abuse complaint filings are being considered.
