TAMPA - RNC Chairman Reince Preibus just announced the first day of the 2012 RNC Convention will be postponed in Tampa, Florida, other than calling the convention to order. All speeches and festivities scheduled for Monday will be postponed or cancelled due to Tropical Storm Isaac hitting the Tampa area.
