House District 84 Democrat candidate Stephanie Kifowit found it difficult and awkward to answer a question about last year's 67% tax rate hiked by Illinois Democrats. She's being challenged by Republican Pat Fee for an open seat in the far western suburbs. Not sure why the question is so tough. Video by JTLee.
