Cross and Radogno talk pension reform on Chicago Tonight

CHICAGO - House Republican Leader Tom Cross and Senate Republican Leader Chris Radogno talked about the pension mess with Carol Marin on Chicago Tonight Monday night. Their conversation will give you insight into what it's like to negotiate with Mike Madigan, Pat Quinn and John Cullerton.
