QUINCY - The Quincy Journal obtained a video of Congressman Paul Ryan's (WI-1) speech at a Romney breakfast fundraiser Friday morning at the Quincy Holiday Inn.
Ryan said according to the data, America is already past the tipping point of dependency on the government. But that doesn't fit the American entrepeneurial mindset, which is the only hope for America to avoid a European disaster.
This election America will need to choose which way to go - to head towards recovering a nation of prosperity or government dependency, he said in the 18 minute speech.
