From URF Women's Network - special event August 7th in Frankfort, IL -
Moms and daughters are hitting the theatres this summer to see “Brave,” the story of a young woman learning what it is to fight scary circumstances. We have a woman who’s a real life “Brave” amongst us in Will County – former OB-GYN nurse Jill Stanek. You need to hear her story if you haven't yet.
Jill held a 22 week Down Syndrome baby for 45 minutes as he died because his parents didn’t want him to be born alive. That 45 minutes at Christ Hospital in Oak Lawn changed her life. Before long, she was telling her story to Congress, to Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly’s national audience and to the Illinois Senate Judiciary Committee, where face-to-face, now-President Barack Obama challenged her story.
Now Jill is internationally-known for her courage and ability to get to the heart of any attempt to defend the holocaust our nation is committing on innocent, preborn children. She’s not only continuing the fight on her prolife blog, she’s mentoring another generation of life-loving warriors to continue the fight.
Jill will be featured at the next URF Women’s Network event – August 7th, in Frankfort, IL. She’ll share her experiences and her vision for the future and her concern for the November 2012 election.
You can purchase your tickets HERE.
Join us and bring a couple of friends – especially those “Brave” ones that we’ll need to carry the fight onto the next level.
