Is the U.S. Constitution damaged beyond repair?

064012001100Over the weekend, Illinois Review contributor John Di Leo shared his concern that with the Supreme Court's Obamacare decision, legal interpretation of the U.S. Constitution has been damaged so severely, that it will take a new judicial approach for Americans to regain rule of law liberties lost in one fell swoop. 

Di Leo's column asks heart-wrenching questions that every Illinois conservative should consider in these troubling days.
