DOWNERS GROVE, IL – The National Rifle Association (NRA) Political Victory Fund and the DuPage County Sierra Club’s River Prairie Group both endorsed Ron Sandack for State Representative today.
The NRA gave Sandack a near-perfect “A-“ rating as a reflection of his responses on their questionnaire as well as his impeccable record on 2nd Amendment issues as a legislator. The DuPage County Sierra Club pointed to Ron’s environmentally-friendly record, both as Mayor of Downers Grove and as an appointed State Senator, and stated, “He is quite smart and willing to hear reasonable and equitable solutions.”
“Not every public official can announce these two seemingly-divergent endorsements on the same day, but when you know what you believe and stand strong on principle regardless of party label or public pressure you blaze a somewhat uncommon trail. We face big problems in Springfield and it will take bold, independent leadership to put our great state back on the path to prosperity,” Sandack explained.
