MOLINE, IL - Congressman Bobby Schilling (IL-17), who has pledged to reject his congressional pension, yesterday joined several other Members of Congress in testifying before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform to tout their legislation that would reform the way congressional pensions are administered.
