IL GOP Delegate Selection Process Files now available

Thanks to the cooperation and sharing of Pubius Forum's Warner Todd Huston, Illinois Review has obtained copies of the proposal before the IL GOP State Central Committee and a pro-con assessment by the IL GOP.  We also have provided a copy of a chart the IL GOP staff put together to explain visually the changes being proposed.
