Judge Kilbride has waged a deceptive campaign. If you are a regular Republican primary voter you have received numerous mailings from Judge Kilbride leading you to believe he is a conservative Republican. Nothing could be further from the truth.
His mailings are calculated and cunning attempts to use small bits of truth to convey an impression that is utterly false.
Tom Kilbride was elected as a Democrat and remains a hyper-partisan activist Democrat.
He has ruled a very small number of times on cases that he knew would charm conservatives and made the most of those rulings in his campaign.
Kilbride is being strongly supported strongly by all Democrat Party organizations.
