At 10:50 a.m. IR livestreamed a Jim Ryan press conference with Joe Birkett. In the press conference, Ryan criticized fellow gubernatorial candidate Andy McKenna for his alleged ethical lapses as reported by the Illinois Republican State Central Committee investigation. Ryan called on McKenna to step out of the GOP gubernatorial race, accusing him of lying to fellow candidates and the public. The video of the press conference is below.
