Democratic U.S. Senate candidate David Hoffman apologized to fellow Democrat Alexi Giannoulias for an accusation that Giannoulias broke a pledge by accepting campaign cash from a corporate banking interest. In his apology, however, Hoffman also challenged Giannoulias to at least five debates. More here.
