The Illinois GOP is hosting a gubernatorial forum tonight at the Chicago Hilton in downtown Chicago. For the first time, both Andy McKenna and Jim Ryan will be appearing with the other five GOP primary contenders as they hash out issues confronting Illinoisans in 2010.
Adam Andrzejewski, Bill Brady, Kirk Dillard, Dan Proft and Bob Schillerstrom have been invited or participated in numerous forums over the past few months, and Illinois Review has covered several for our readers.
Tonight, we encourage you to either attend personally, visit one of the 15 locations statewide where the forum will be streamlined, or listen via Chicago's WLS AM 890. Should be on the radio as well as via their internet linkup.
Stay informed and pick a candidate. Time to get involved. Our state's in dire need of citizen involvement.

Go Dillard. Our best chance for a GOP GOV.

I think we should all rally around Kirk Dillard. I know he's not perfect, but I think he's the best chance we have in 2010.

Dillard is far too entrenched in the system to create any real systemic changes. He's just as good as a Ryan, Brady, or McKenna.
Blagojevich is scheduled to go on trial next summer, reminding voters of that Democratic scandal. Voters will be reminded of the accomplishments and 'real reform' attained by those in the system.
+Dillard has too many people to repay favors to

On WLS it's Mark Levin, not the debate.

Yeah, it isn't on WLS. This is outrageous. Typical Andy Mckenna stunt. They want you to pay $250 to have people that want to represent us explain their positions. No one will stand for this. Illinois Review, do you have a report of what went down or a link to where we can watch the debate?

How is this a McKenna stunt? Pat Brady, the current IL GOP chairman, put this on. It was a fundraiser for the party coffers. Any regular GOP group that requested a video feed of the debate got it. But Cook, Lake, and DuPage didn't request the feed so they didn't get it. But there were like 16 downstate locations who got video feeds.
I assume Fran will have some video or YouTube version of this on IR in the next day or so.

Not only is Dillard a Obama enabler he is also an doner to other Democrats and this one is voting for the pelosi bill!!!!
Ask yourselves this If Dillard or any of the Professional politicians win what will change? Nothing the same people will be doing the same things all over again and this last ten years have been for nothing.
If Adam wins will there be change? You bet your ass! Everything changes and the last ten years are worth all the waiting!!!!
