Over the past two years, the United Republican Fund has been issuing legislative scorecards on pertinent Illinois House floor votes affecting Limited government, Individual rights, Free markets and Traditional American values -- what the URF refers to as their "LIFT Principles."

The top 10 House members consistently upholding LIFT Principles are:

• Randy Ramey (R-West Chicago); and David Reis (R-Olney) -- tied with 97.5 out of 100 scores.

• Shane Cultra (R-Onarga) -- 95

• Patricia Bellock (R-Westmont) -- 92.5

• Tim Schmitz (R-Geneva) -- 87.5

• Bob Biggins (R-Elmhurst);Rich Brauer (R-Springfield); Chapin Rose (R-Charleston); Jim Sacia (R-Freeport);  Jil Tracy (R-Quincy); Mike Tryon (R-Crystal Lake) -- all tied at 86.5.

What happened to top 10 reformer list?

The lowest scores for House Republicans in '08 go to the following:
Rep. Jim Watson: 25 (missed votes due to service in Iraq)
Rep. Beth Coulson: 38
Rep. Pat Lindner (retiring): 38
Rep. Rosemary Mulligan: 50
Rep. Suzie Bassi: 63
Rep. Franco Caladipietro: 63
Rep. Rene Kosel: 63
Rep. Sid Mathias: 63

Will anyone oppose St. Reps. Coulson or Mulligan, in the 2010 primaries? If so, I would probably donate to the conservatives.

Glad to see my Rep Rich Brauer who is from Petersburg not Springfield.

But he is in a conservative district. Blagojevich got about 25% vote in his district.
