Rep. Wyvetter Younge dies at age 78

State Rep. Wyvetter Younge (D-East St. Louis),  who was first elected to the Illinois House in 1975, passed away Friday at the age of 78.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch ran a nice piece HERE on her this weekend and noted that the local Democrats will appoint a successor within the next 30 days.
