(CHICAGO) -- The American Bar Association can't seem to kick the habit. Two years ago they published "10 Myths about Custody and Domestic Violence," a report that purports to demolish falsehoods surrounding domestic violence within the context of divorce and child custody determinations.(1) But the report is a sham.
In fact, ABA's "fact-sheet" invents new half-truths and expands on the old ones.
