Minutemen groups of Illinois welcome American Patriot Chris Simcox to Chicago to tell the truth about illegal immigration, how it is destroying America and sending us into bankruptcy and hurting American workers.

Chicago, Illinois..... De Paul University’s Conservative Alliance will host a presentation on Monday, May 19Th. American Patriot and founder of the Historic Minutemen Arizona/Mexico Border Watch will address the De Paul forum about how illegal immigration is hurting American Workers, taxpayers, law-abiding citizens, and legal immigrants.

Minutemen groups of Illinois condemn hate speech of Religious leader Jose Landaverde who is interfering with their free speech and the right to assemble in Chicago, Illinois.

Our Lady of Guadalupe leader disguises his actions with “Stop the Hate” rhetoric when his real intentions are “STOP THE DEBATE” of American citizens !

**Father Jose Landaverde of Our Lady of Guadalupe Mission said, “It is a blessing for the families that the students from De Paul unite with the families in solidarity and walk in prayer against this Evil. Chris Simcox is pure Evil and must not be allowed to spread his hatred here in Chicago.” The groups working with Jose Landaverde have sent a letter to the De Paul administration, insisting that they dis- invite Chris Simcox.

Religious leaders like Jose Landaverde need to start teaching their congregation about obeying the laws and principles of this great country. His actions have nothing to do with the real teachings of his faith , but those of Marxist Liberation Theology. Christians and various churches should be promoting truth and adherence to law.

This so called “Religious leader” is denouncing free speech and teaching illegal aliens and the pro-illegal lobby how to stop free speech of American citizens. Free speech is something that their own countries often cannot guarantee them, and it is what makes our country look so appealing. By stopping free speech he is cheating all law abiding immigrants out of the kind of society they are seeking in the first place.

Disregarding the rule of law to help illegal immigrants is a paradoxical way of hurting them. The rule of law is the sustainer of the free and prosperous society that draws legal immigrants to the United States. It does not matter what ‘higher law’ Jose Landaverde thinks he is obeying, he is an agent of suppressing Free Speech and the right to peaceably assemble, our First Amendment right!

The ethno-supremacist illegal alien/open-borders lobby doesn't practice what it preaches....the "hate speech" is coming from their side as they seek to smear, and destroy the honest efforts of ordinary American citizens of all races, colors and creeds to expose the devastating effects of illegal immigration to our society. The worst part is that ethno-supremacist groups calling themselves "civil rights" groups like the National Council of La RAZA seek to smear and censor even fellow Hispanic Americans who don't share their pro-illegal immigration, pro-Amnesty views on this issue. Apparently groups like The RACE, MALDEF, LULAC, etc. believe only in the First Amendment rights of illegal aliens and those that support the current illegal alien anarchy. Shameful.

Yes we do, Chris Simcox is a friend of mine, I plan on attending this event and hopefully, dining with Chris over a nice steak and a glass of wine.
I have to wonder which Minuteman Groups in Illinois is Rosanna referring to? She doesn't speak for me.

As Illinois State Director of the Minuteman Project, and Director of the Chicago Minuteman project, I can attest that there are only two Illinois Minuteman Project Chapters in good standing-- The Chicago MMP and Minutemen Midwest, and neither of our organizations came out with a press release because we are not sponsoring this event.

This event is being produced by the De Paul Conservative Alliance... not the Minuteman Project, so I would hate to see this headline misconstrued into what some demented people might view as a confrontational event to seize the opportunity for sensationalized media coverage.

A few days ago, I was asked by our deputy director if I wanted anything sent out about this event.

I told him NO, because Chris Simcox himself, told me that they like to take a low key posture at college events, and make the announcements as late as possible,for security reasons, not weeks or days in advance, leading some antagonists to instigate trouble before hand.

As a law enforcement advocacy group, we like to maintain a good rapport with the Chicago Police Department. Deputy Chief Keating does an excellent job of keeping the peace in the downtown areas where most of these anarchistic protests occur.
We don't want to give the police any more problems then they already have keeping the peace, at a waste of tax payer dollars-- so, we don't plan any formal protests, or demonstrations, against these "guests" of America, without any legal status, who would certainly display a little more logic by holding their prayer vigil at their Consulate of origin, or better yet, going back home to protest against their corrupt government.

Good luck to Chris, expressing his constitutional rights, and admonishing the people about doing the job which our feckless public servants fail to do, inspite of an unruly, lawless mob of protestors, violating our immigration laws with impunity, and living in the United States on borrowed time.

Why Que I'm surprised that you're out of the loop. You should contact Alderman Munoz's father in law to obtain a fake ID to get you "legalized" enough to obtain tax payer benefits. Then contact the Illinois Coalition of Immigrants and Refugee Rights for free transportation on their school buses which the tax payers of Illinois provide for free cartage to their events.

People should be allowed to immigrate to this country in a safe and legal way... just like all the millions of European immigrants were able to for hundreds of years... especially those with the last name of Mueller... I think that Dawn Mueller might know of a few. The next time you get pissed that Home Depot doesn't have signs in German, you should get on the next plane to Germany, because that’s where you belong... if it wasn't for your damn immigrant ancestors you wouldn't be in this country to begin with… in fact, you probably wouldn’t even be alive because Hitler would have starved all of your family off… never mind the economic opportunity, sanitary living conditions, and education offered in America. Instead of leaving Germany, they should have stayed and… made their country better. I’m sure they would have figured out a way……..
