I especially liked Sen Obama's efforts on the Illinois Born Alive Infant Act... Where he argued eloquently in favor of outright infanticide.

It's a sad day in America when the GOP Chair of one of America's largest GOP counties supports a poorly qualified liberal Democrat for president.

Will all the Dems in sheep's clothing please stand up.

The video clip of Dillard promoting the anti-life, anti-family and anti-Christian Obama campaign is almost unbelievable.

I am utterly dismayed by the so-called Republicans in this state. GOP Central Committee members supporting liberal Democrats, Rep. Froehlich switching from R to D, and GOP Senate Whip lending his name and once good reputation to a radically liberal MoveOn.org type candidate.

What in the world is going on?

Moreover, where are Andy McKenna, the Illinois GOP and the reform tour on these things?

Unless Obama wins big, later this year or early next, the Democrats are going to turn back a candidate ostensibly representing their largest and most loyal voting block.

They may do it with a dirty campaign by Clinton. They may broker it away from Obama after inconclusive primaries (I think most likely and they'll give it to Gore).

So maybe that will be the time to resurrect this ad and tell African Americans we think Obama's ideas lousy and think Bush's record of treating African Americans as more than mere tokens and instead trusted confidents shows the GOP treats African Americans with more respect than Democrats...

...well maybe that's the time to resurrect this ad and say gee some of us disagreed with Obama but don't think he's a bad fellow personally...

A lot of African Americans may be wondering about the hopes they placed with Dems for so many years by then.

Just a thought...

Dillard's a joke, and has been for years. Limbaugh refers to the pre-Reagan "county club Republicans" wing of the GOP, and Dillard is the perfect example.

The Illinois GOP is dominated by these RINO schmucks.

Maybe Dillard is challenging Emanuel to say something nice about Obama... or Madigan..

Edgar whispers advice in BOs ear during the 2004 U.S. Senate race, Jim Ryan introduces BO to the Benedictine University audience in 2004 as if he was his campaign manager, McKenna and Saviano donate thousands to Democrats, Dillard does advertising for BO. Isn't it about time to relook at John Kass' Tribune stories about the "Combine"?

Dillard for Governor '10!!!!!

What a brave move, what a great idea.

See what happens you right wing nuts when you have a voice, you scare the GOP leaders off...you are destroying the GOP...sleep tight!!!

Dillard evidently is NOT some mindless robotic rubberstamper, who walks in lock step with NEOCONMEN who have robbed your party (Republicans or the Republic) and the Rethugliklans who only seek power at the expense of the the Oil company quarterly bottom line.

There whould be more and more Dillards trying to make an informed opinion, instead of the LIMBURGERBOTS, that follow such a small minded and cumbersome radio disk joke, that likes to listen to his own vomit.

Yes, Republicans, it is time to straighten your party out too. If not, they will all belong to the movement of Obama. We started in 04 and 06 and now 08.
You guys are a little behind in the change movement, and until you do some insider lobby changing and work for the farmers, students and elderly, as well as embryo, there will just be more and more warmongerers instead of global warming and American People economics candidates, in your party.

Hat's off to Dillard, he's a man of God too.
