Illinois' Domestic Terrorism

FrontPage Magazine has a disturbing article about a Chicago Jewish man who it says was purposefully allowed to die by his Rush North Shore Medical Center doctor Osama Ahmed Ibrahim, M.D. -- a Muslim, an immigrant, and a grad of "Ayman Al-Zawahiri" School of Medicine (FrontPageMag's term). Story here.

Of course, the Springfield terrorism apologists (an unofficial caucus of the General Assembly) will excuse the doctor's inaction and claim that we can never be certain what the intent of the physician was. These are the same lawmakers who have successfully pushed for hate crimes laws that seek to punish people based solely on the "content of their hearts" and the "thoughts in their minds" -- unless you're an Islamic terrorist.

And the anarchists among the Springfield dullards will claim that immigration is a Federal issue, and therefore beyond the realm of Illinois law enforcement. These, of course, are the same lawmakers who want to provide Illinois identification, drivers licenses, as well as citizen-based, taxpayer-funded financial aid to illegals within our borders. So, I guess they are involved in immigration policy.
