The Compelling Interest of HB 1100 -- Revolution!

Debate_3

from an opponent of HB 1100:

submitted by Rick Biesada of the Chicago Minutemen

Like the movie "The Terminator," the bill to grant drivers licenses to illegal aliens in the State of Illinois, just won't die.

Several years ago when this bill came up in the Illinois Senate Committee, Rosanna Pulido and I, with a small band of patriots, protested State Senator Dave Sullivan and prodded him to switch his vote which caused the committee to table the bill. That should have been the end of this nonsense.

Our successful efforts were short lived, just like in the Rodney King trial, where our government didn't get the results that it wanted, they retried the case until they did.

I know... I know... I've heard all of the witless babble and gobbledy- gook about illegal aliens only wanting to come here to work, and being that they are already here, we must suspend our laws to accommodate criminal behavior.

Well... Charles Manson is already here too ... But we keep him under lock and key. . .

If illegals are only coming here to work then who is employing them?  Shouldn't we be going after the employers who hire illegal aliens against the law?

They are exploiting the illegals as well as gaming the system, by unlawfully employing these roving bands of mobile intruders.

What is so hard about comprehending the word "illegal"?

It means illegal ... unlawful ...But we have too many legislators who don't understand the meaning of the rule of law, nor do they comprehend the law.

They are not fit to hold public office and therefore not fit to legislate. They need to be removed for the common good of the people.

This time they have managed to package this repugnant bill as a drivers' certificate disguised as HB 1100, and was disgustingly passed in the Illinois House by a vote of 60 to 56.

The bill now moves on to the Senate and I advise every Illinois citizen to call their state senator and tell his or her to vote against this fraudulent bill or you will work diligently to remove them from office, just as we are going to do with the treasonous representatives who voted to affirm this unlawful bill.

Every state official, before assuming office, must swear or affirm to uphold and to preserve the United States Constitution, and the Constitution of the state of Illinois. ( Illinois Constitution Article 13 Section 3 .)

The public servants who sponsored this bill and who voted to affirm it have violated their oath of office and have violated the public trust.

The United States Constitution is inviolable, yet these treacherous provocateurs have breached that concept in reckless disregard of the law.

There is no compelling interest to grant drivers' licenses to illegal aliens.

We hear a lot of compassionate babble by the open borders crowd which defies logic, such as these certificates would allow people without Social Security numbers to drive. Well, if they don't have Social Security numbers, chances are that they are here illegally... against the law.

We hear that it will allow them to purchase automobile insurance.

Illinois is a mandatory insurance state, yet our automobile insurance premiums have never been discounted.

Could it be because so many illegals drive without insurance and get involved in accidents, driving our rates up by class, placing an additional burden on the already stressed out taxpaying citizens and legal alien residents?

What is really disturbing is that so many from the party of "limited government, self reliance, personal responsibility, and nation of laws," have cohabited with the Marxist parasites who are bleeding the taxpayers dry, and voted to affirm this nonsensical bill in their delirious pursuit of greed and globalism.

They are shamelessly pandering to the illegal alien lobby and they will be remembered on election day if they are still remaining in office because their abrogation of responsibility is worthy of impeachment.

HB 1100 is a deceptive bill. It conceals the actual facts that this legislation violates federal statutes, specifically, United States Code, Title 8 Section 1324, and as far as buying insurance is concerned.  What insurance company will cover any liability associated with this certificate which violates federal law?

Don't fall for this scam, this legislation is only cover for the greed and profits that the big international corporations will make exploiting the system, and the way to ensure that the exploitation is complete is to legislate it through weak minded, low moraled, greedy public servants.

Fortunately, we still have a few good patriots walking among us.

This morning I had the pleasure of viewing one public servant who really gets it, albeit, a little too late, but Republican Assistant House Leader, Ron Stephens, of Greenville, Illinois exhibited some leadership in his debate over MSNBC with Joshua Hoyt, executive director of the Illinois Coalition of Immigrant and Refugee Rights, a socialist leaning parasite organization that reaps a huge living off of the exploitation of illegal aliens, Corporate funding to keep the flow of cheap labor churning, and through unlawful government funding.

Representative Stephens believes, and rightfully so, that illegal immigration is a matter of National Security, and granting driving  privileges to illegal aliens compromises that process. He cited that the State of Tennessee had a similar program but rescinded it within one year, due to fraud and malfeasance.

Ron Stephens, a Viet Nam Veteran who had been awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart, earned his knowledge about citizenship the hard way--fighting for it, and he realizes that he wasn't fighting to keep our borders wide open for everybody to illegally enter our country and trample upon our rights.

Stephens exhibits leadership and we hope that it transcends into the Illinois Senate to do the right thing rather than another anarchistic vote in favor of lawlessness.

There is no compelling interest to affirm HB 1100.

The compelling interest rests with the courts to determine if this legislation is justified in violating current federal immigration law, and if it is justified in forcing people to act against their will.

It is time to end this bogus legislation and start legislating within the parameters of Constitutional Law.

These legislators, in violating our laws are violating our presumptive social contract of trust and confidence, and are creating a moral and psychological conflict amongst it's citizens which may only find a remedy outside of a court room ...

    Forth in revolution!
